My name is Brynne Schweigel and I want to
be a writer.
I’m a University of Iowa senior majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication and Political Science. I sometimes overwhelm myself with too many activities, check out my resumè here if you want to see a list. 
I hope to one day work as a writer or editor for a major magazine and move somewhere that never gets below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. I spend a great deal of time writing about everything from fashion to relationships to politics. This is blog will include all kinds of content and I hope you enjoy it.

What do you think about the Summer Writing Festival at IU, would you recommend it. And if so, who might be some of the hot new teachers the town is talking about? A post about the fest, perhaps, with some links etc. My motives in asking are mainly scholastic. Thanks.
